Manhattan is thirteen miles of island, and a car service has to treat its neighborhoods as different places. The Financial District is narrow colonial streets, security perimeters and tower lobbies. Tribeca and SoHo are cobblestones, loading zones and loft buildings without doormen. Greenwich Village breaks the grid altogether. Chelsea runs from gallery blocks to Chelsea Piers. Midtown is hotel driveways, office towers, Grand Central, Penn Station and the Theater District. The Upper East Side and Upper West Side are residential doors on either side of Central Park, and Harlem sits closest to the RFK Bridge and the routes to LaGuardia.
Each neighborhood page covers the doors, landmarks and routes that come up most there, and which airport crossings make sense from that part of the island. The Manhattan page is the overview, and Downtown Manhattan groups everything below 14th Street.
The other boroughs and beyond
Plenty of trips start or finish outside Manhattan. Brooklyn and Queens pickups often pair with JFK or LaGuardia; the Bronx connects over the RFK Bridge and the Harlem River bridges; Staten Island links to Brooklyn over the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and to New Jersey by its own bridges.
Past the city line, Westchester and Connecticut are reached by the Hutchinson River, Saw Mill River and Merritt parkways and I-95. Long Island runs out along the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State Parkway. New Jersey is across the Hudson by the Lincoln and Holland tunnels or the George Washington Bridge. Trips this long often run past the 3-hour minimum, so book the window you actually need, or use long distance.
Same rates everywhere
The hourly rates do not change by neighborhood: $120 all-in for a sedan and $150 all-in for an SUV, including gratuity and fees. S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200 are starting hourly rates; the booking form confirms the final price, including applicable tolls, congestion charges and airport fees. Every class has a 3-hour minimum. The full breakdown is on the rates page; flying in or out, start with airports.
Frequently asked questions
Do rates change by neighborhood?
No. Sedan $120 and SUV $150 hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees, across every area on this page. S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200 are starting hourly rates; the booking form confirms the final price. Every class has a 3-hour minimum.
My neighborhood is not listed. Can I still book?
Often, yes. The pages cover the areas booked most, not a hard boundary. Call (929) 383-7697 with the pickup and drop-off and dispatch will confirm.
Can a trip start outside Manhattan?
Yes. Pickups in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, and in Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut, are booked the same way. Name the door and the town, not only the borough or state.
What should I write for the pickup location?
A door someone could find at night: a building name, hotel entrance, lobby, pier number or terminal. A neighborhood pin is a start, not a curb.
