FAQ Booking, rates, airports and vehicles
In short: reserve a class by the hour, from $120 for a sedan, with a 3-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter rates are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. Book online or call (929) 383-7697, 24 hours a day.
These are the questions dispatch hears most, grouped by the stage of the trip they belong to. Each answer reflects how reservations work on this site today. If yours is not here, the contact page lists every way to reach a person.
Booking
How do I reserve a car?
Use the secure booking form on the Book page or call (929) 383-7697. Send the pickup door, drop-off door, date, time, passenger count, bags and vehicle class, plus the flight number for an airport leg. Dispatch replies with a written quote.
When is my reservation confirmed?
When dispatch returns the written quote and you accept it. Keep that confirmation with the passenger; hotel staff, building security and airport staff may ask who is collecting them.
Can I book the same day?
Same-day trips are possible when a vehicle in the requested class is still available. Groups, Sprinters, child seats and holiday dates fill earlier than a solo sedan, so book those as soon as the plan is set.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Assistants and travel managers book most corporate trips. Put the passenger name and working mobile on the reservation, and add billing notes if finance needs a receipt that matches the traveler.
Rates and billing
What are the hourly rates?
Sedan $120 per hour, SUV $150 per hour, S-Class from $175 per hour and Sprinter from $200 per hour. Every class has a 3-hour minimum, so the shortest sedan reservation is $360 and the shortest Sprinter reservation starts at $600.
What is not included in the hourly rate?
Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter hourly rates are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. Review the quoted fees and gratuity before the trip. Extra time beyond the reserved window is confirmed on the quote.
Does the rate change for airports or boroughs?
No. The hourly floors apply across the published service area, from the Financial District to Harlem and out to JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. For S-Class and Sprinter starting rates, the booking form confirms the final price. Review the quoted fees and gratuity before the trip.
Is there a flat fare for airport trips?
This site does not publish a flat airport fare menu. Airport legs are booked by the hour in the class you choose, with the 3-hour minimum and a written quote.
Airports
Which airports do you cover?
John F. Kennedy International (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), Newark Liberty International (EWR) and Teterboro (TEB).
Why do you need the flight number?
It lets dispatch plan the pickup around the actual flight and confirms which terminal to stage at. For Teterboro, give the FBO instead of a terminal.
Where does the pickup happen?
At the terminal named on the reservation, following the airport's marked ground-transportation areas. Ask for meet-and-greet at booking if the passenger should be met inside.
Vehicles
Which vehicle should I choose?
Choose by passengers and bags together. A sedan fits 1 to 3 people with light luggage. An SUV takes up to 6 passengers or heavier bags. The S-Class is the executive sedan. A Sprinter is the group and cargo class.
Can I request a specific car?
You reserve a class, not a specific vehicle. The class on the quote is what arrives.
Do you provide child seats?
List child seats, strollers, golf bags and mobility equipment on the form before the car is dispatched, so the class and the car are set up for the load.
Are stretch limousines available?
Stretch limousines appear on the fleet list for events. They are not a published hourly class on this site; ask dispatch when you plan an event.
Operations
Are you available 24 hours?
Yes. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and reservations can be scheduled for late arrivals, early departures, overnight trips and holidays.
Who operates the trip?
New York City for-hire trips are prearranged through licensed bases. Ask which company accepts and dispatches your confirmation and keep that name with the quote. The NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission publishes the licensing framework.
What if the plan changes?
Call (929) 383-7697 as soon as it does. Changes to time, stops or class depend on availability, and a car that must wait through a meeting is better booked as hourly charter from the start.
