One rate card, six ways to use it

Every service on this page runs on the same idea: you reserve a vehicle class, the class sets an hourly rate, and the reservation lasts at least three hours. A sedan is $120 per hour all-in and an SUV $150 all-in, including gratuity and fees. An S-Class from $175 and a Sprinter from $200 are starting hourly rates; the booking form confirms the final price. What changes from one service to the next is not the price but the information dispatch needs to run the day well.

An airport leg needs an airline, a flight number and a terminal. A corporate roadshow needs passenger names, mobile numbers and billing notes. A wedding needs the ceremony and reception doors and how many guests ride in each car. Choosing the right service on the form is how those details get asked for up front instead of discovered at the curb.

Which service fits your trip

If the day mixes two shapes, book the one that covers the longest part of it. A landing at JFK followed by four hours of meetings is an hourly charter with an airport start, not two separate trips.

Choosing the vehicle

Any service can be booked in any class. A sedan suits one to three travelers with light luggage. An SUV takes up to six passengers or heavier bags. The S-Class is the executive sedan for clients and principals. A Sprinter carries a group, a crew or a wedding party with its luggage. Seat count is not cargo space, so list every bag, stroller, golf bag or piece of equipment on the form. The fleet page shows each class, and the rates page sets out the math for longer windows.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which service to book?

Match the service to the shape of the day. One pickup and one drop is point-to-point. A car that waits between stops is hourly charter. A leg that starts or ends at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark or Teterboro is airport transportation.

Do the services have different prices?

No. Every service uses the same hourly rates: $120 sedan and $150 SUV all-in, including gratuity and fees. S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200 are starting hourly rates; the booking form confirms the final price. Every hourly booking has a 3-hour minimum. The service type changes which details the reservation needs, not the rate.

Can one reservation combine services?

Yes. An airport arrival followed by meetings is booked as hourly charter so one car covers the whole day. Tell dispatch every stop in order when you book.

Is wedding and event transportation a separate service?

It is booked through special events, which covers weddings, galas and group departures. Multi-vehicle days get a reservation per vehicle so every car has its own door and passenger list.
